The Weeknd’s original sounds speaks to them, taps into feelings and thoughts most didn’t know they even had. Honestly, his fans will never not love everything that he does. Billboard tells us that the new album art is much like that of “Can’t Feel My Face.” If this new album is anything like the flames that are that track, we can expect to be quite satisfied with this new new release. Interim individusl track releases aside, this album will follow 2013’s Kiss Land. Yesterday, Billboard published an article informing fans of the forthcoming release of the Weeknd’s sophomore album to be titled, Beauty Behind the Madness. “Can’t Feel My Face,” and “The Hills” his most recent releases, prove this notion to be true, and has us patiently awaiting news of more new music. Wether it is actually madness inside him, or just the most serious case of the feels anyone has ever had, this music has us out on this ledge with him, hanging on his every sound.Įvery one of his releases grows exponentially in its viral nature of popularity. All of this accentuates the many feels in his music. It is the embodiment the Weeknd’s unique sound, that kills it even on the tech side of the music making process with killer production and distortions of this very intentionally unbalanced, intense sound. Filthy words used in filthy lyrics sung in a tone so harmonious, and they are pitched to dark, sweet perfection, cleaning up all the dirty things that come from his dirty mouth. His music stands so far out, on a steep ledge, so different from even all the other music that sets itself apart from the crowd.
